Welcome to Classic Hand Wash & Detailing
Our shop started with a simple love of cars and a promise to do the work right. After more than 35 years, attention to detail and happy customers have made us a go-to for car care in the RDU area.
Our team takes a hands-on approach with every vehicle. We cover everything from a basic wash to a full detail, plus mobile service, and we use quality products and proven techniques so your car comes out looking like new.
Why wash by hand
Automatic washes use spinning brushes that drag dirt across your paint. A hand wash lifts it off.
Gentle on paint
Clean mitts and fresh rinse water keep grit from grinding into the finish, so swirl marks do not build up over the years.
Gets the spots machines miss
Door jambs, wheel faces, grille slats and the tight edges around mirrors and trim all get wiped by a person who can see them.
Dried, not dripped
Every vehicle is towel dried so you leave without water spots, and not with a wet car that dries streaky in the Carolina sun.
Fresh off the wash
Cars, SUVs and trucks from our lot in Durham, serving the whole RDU area.
